Jeremiads

 Around the time that the 1st Great Awakening came, many preachers were preaching through Jeremiah, relating it to the colonies; because of this they were called "Jeremiads." Will you preach through Jeremiah, relating it to our fallen state as a nation today?

 

     Here is an acrostic that may be helpful when thinking about Jeremiah

 

Judgment

Expulsion

Repentance

Ecstasies

Messiah

Iniquity

Arrogance

Humility
