Quiet Time
Do you set aside a special time with God to pray, read your Bible and be in God’s presence? Some people call this a devotional time, others a quiet time; but no matter what you call it, do you do it? If I don’t take some time to spend with God each day even more stuff goes wrong than usual that day. And do you know why more stuff goes wrong? Because I haven’t been prepared for the day with God, my spirit hasn’t been refreshed and my mind hasn’t been renewed.
Establish a devotional time in the mornings, and also in the evenings if possible.
Stay alert and be ready to do what God has for you.
