Thought 318

Pity Party

Have you ever spent a great amount of time in a pity party?

Maybe you are asking, “what is a pity party?” A pity party is when you feel like everything and everyone is against you: you are constantly telling yourself  “poor, little, old me _____.” You naturally will have a pitiful party when you dwell on words about your poor, little old self—it happens because of the principle of Focus that we talked about earlier.
