Habit becomes Character
The habits that you have mold who you are.
The World understands this: exercise is built upon habit. The successful man has a habit of doing an
excellent job in his work. The point is simple, our habits can either make us
or destroy us. The man that views pornography daily continues to feed a Destructive habit. Having a morning
prayer time is a Constructive habit.
Looking lustfully at a woman is a precursor of adultery, sexual immorality, and
all kinds of other evils and it is a Destructive
habit. On the other hand, daily repentance is a Constructive habit that can make a man humble.
What is your character like?
O Lord, reveal to the readers what they need to change: what
habits need to be broken . . . as well
as what habits need to be formed and where repentance needs to heal.
