We must be
an Example
God calls us, dear readers, to be an example
to other Believers and young adults; I believe that you have a special
opportunity in a day when little is expected of you to be such an example!
Check out this verse: “Let no man despise thy
youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in
charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12 KJV).
The NKJV says “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the
believers in word, in conduct, in love,
in spirit, in faith, in purity.” This verse lays out The Timothy Commission—setting
an example for all believers.
To
portray the proper example we Must have proper character, and character is
formed by our personal habits.
